I have climbed in my SoIll Streets for about a year now and I love them. I use them mainly when climbing outdoors, but have used them in the gym occasionally as well. They perform exceptionally in either setting. Super sticky rubber, great for bouldering or sport routes. They fit my short but wide feet perfectly. I sized up 1 1/2 sizes from my running shoes.
I've been climbing for just about a year now and this is the first aggressive pair shoes I've had! They're absolutely perfect for me getting into more intermediate climbing and toe/heel hooking all the time. They definitely fit true to size but especially being my first aggressive pair took some time to really break in/feel comfortable in. But now that I've had a few sessions they really do feel great!! Not sure I'll ever leave So ill shoes now that I've found them.
Aggressive, yet comfortable... These shoes can really make a difference, and will give you the edge you need to send that next level project you've been working on forever!
These are the aggressive shoes you're looking for. At first the heel kinda hurts but after about two days of climbing it's gone and all you think about is your climbing.
I recently started climbing and bought a beginner shoe that wasn’t getting the job done. I ordered the streets in a 10 (sneaker size for vans is 9.5) and they fit like a glove. Couldn’t be happier with the shoes. The dark matter rubber is super tacky on the wall and the velcro makes it easy for quick on and offs in between climbs. Can’t wait to order more!
The Street is fully sealed in a formidable matte black finish and equipped with a thin padded tongue. The larger buckles give the tightening system power and sensitivity to mold the soft shoe to your foot.
An ultra thin midsole provides a softer more sensitive fit, creating an extremely lightweight aggressive climbing shoe. The toe box has been masterfully crafted to allow for a higher level of comfort and works conjunctively with the perfect amount of tension in the heel.
