A: Absolutely. Once approved as a So iLL partner, you’ll have access to our full family of brands — So iLL, Beastmaker, Tokyo Powder, and Boot Bananas — all in one place.

Q: How do I place an order?

A: Orders can be placed through our wholesale portal or directly with your sales rep. Once submitted, you’ll get an order confirmation

Q: What’s the typical lead time?

A: Most in-stock items ship within 5-7 business days. Out-of-stock or custom orders may vary depending when restock happens— we’ll keep you in the loop every step of the way.

Q: Where do you ship from?

A: All orders ship from our St. Louis, MO - where So iLL HQ is located. We usually ship via FedEx or UPS for all B2B orders.

Q: Do you offer samples or demo units?

A: For certain product categories (like shoes or Boot Bananas), we can provide samples or demo programs for qualifying partners. Please reach out to see if you are eligible!

A: Yes! We encourage our partners to share official So iLL media — just tag us and keep it on-brand. We can also provide media kits upon request.
