Great for ONE-HANDED DEADLIFTING

Why climbers call these "no hangs" is beyond me. You're basically doing one handed deadlifts. Anyway great stuff; enough variation in edges, has a deep pocket for doubles or mono training, and solid construction. Awesome sauce~

After 12 years off from hard climbing I finally came back. Knowing hangboarding would only lead reinjurying old pulley injuries I was pointed to the Tension Block. I could feel a differnce almost immediately. I could work on almost whatever I needed to without worry. I cannot recommend it enough, and wished it existed when I was pulling hard on pebbles over a decade ago.

Great Lil Block

Hang it up, hand weights from it, toss it in a backpack. It's super versatile with all sorts of ways to discover to hold it.
