A Chat Between Designer & Founder

We’ve spent the last two years (and maybe a little longer) concepting, designing, and sampling with Fred Nicole and Jae Jung – true climbing shoe heroes and experts in the field.

Factory visits during line production and frequent, in-depth communication with our manufacturers were imperative to ensure all the details were there.

It was important to get the technical aspects spot on whether you’re climbing indoors, competing, or out in the elements. Our new shoes models have endured rigorous testing from indoor and outdoor climbers.

High performance Vibram XS GRIP climbing rubber is great for long wearing grip, good shape stability, edging, durability, and excellent performance in all around climbing conditions.

Dual-strap closure and d-ring integration for an ultra precise fit
Medium asymmetry and downturn, along with a semi-soft rigidity, allows for security on small edges
Durable and comfortable Italian style 6-piece, unlined, vegan microsuede upper
Split-outsole is outfitted with high performance Vibram XS Grip rubber for flexibility
I had some trouble with sizing, but once I got into the correct size, these shoes have been great! My footwork has been secure and I can leave them on between climbs. I plan to order a back up pair soon.
Love them!!! They are very comfortable. I love how soft the material and they are visually pleasing.
This shoe is first of all: really comfortable. They fit my feet like slippers and I could wear them for hours without needing to take them off. Great for edging with the downturned toe, good for smearing, and over-all a really good shoe. Much better than my old La Sportiva Nagos and the Streets have very durable rubber. Works great for heel hooks and toe hooks. Also, they are really pretty! The colour is slightly darker than in the pictures, but in my opinion, that's actually better, and turned out to be my favorite colour ever! I generally wear a Women's Size 7, but I had to order a Women's 9. The smaller sizes all seem to run really small, but thanks to a demo from Gary in Boise ID, I was able to get just the right size for my foot.
These are my first climbing shoes that I’ve purchased. Used rentals until now. I used the advice to buy small and indeed they were difficult to appreciate until I got on the wall. The shoes found their home on a very small ledge that impressed upon me the difference between on-the-ground comfort and learning the craft of climbing. I have a lot to learn. The build quality seems very high so as long as I keep trying it seems like these shoes will keep ahead of my pace for a long time.
The shopping experience for the Street's was super easy! The descriptions and features tabs give great insight into what to expect from the shoe and the level of climber the shoes are tailored for. I am excited to start climbing in my Streets!
First pair of real climbing shoes. Exactly what i was looking for. Good price point and overall really good performance. Would definitely recommend and buy again.
These shoes are comfortable and stick to everything. Aggressive enough for bouldering and sport climbing, but don’t hurt your toes. I did buy 1.5 sizes up from my street shoe. I’m old and don’t like my shoes to destroy my feet. Would buy again
excellent shoe for the gym and sturdy enough for rock too! I love it and I love the design too
I was able to complete my first 5.12D with these shoes! The stiff edges, slight curve and good rubber helped tremendously with small foot chips and I can hold myself to the wall much better with my feet. It is noticably better than my flat and worn Black Diamond shoes. They are more comfortable than some other slightly curved shoes I have tried. I wear socks and the shoes are getting more comfortable, but I do take them off after each climb so my toes don't get sore. I wear size 11.5 Black Diamonds and size 11 Mad Rocks. My daily boots are size 11. Thanks to Gary for having a Demo in Sandy, UT
They run on the smaller side if you want them for performance get your normal street size if not go half a size up. Atleast this was for me.
Beautiful climbers!! They fit perfectly and are so pretty!
