Hard to pick this or the pure tokyo powder chalk. They're both perfect and excel in each respective condition they should be used in. Definitely follow that chalk guide it really helps! For me, I have extremely sweaty hands. Depending on the conditions in the gym, the pure works better for me. I think the black is fantastic for outdoors however. I've tried so many other chalk brands, especially some of the more popular ones (I'm sure you've seen some ads for a few on Youtube climbing channels), and this one stands above all along with the pure. Fantastic chalk!
Best chalk I have ever used! I have tried them all and this is by far my favorite. Ultra fine consistency that sticks to your hands and boost is a beast to add with it. I have been scraping my chalk bucket until this came back in stock because I don’t want to use any other chalk! I have now learned to buy at least two bags at a time because you can’t go back once you are addicted like the rest of us !

The chalk is the perfect balance of not too grainy and not to soft. It even sticks to your hands when your tips have reached that glassy point after many days on.
