I have these holds on my 45 degree wall and the look and feel great! They are easy to manipulate to create routes of all difficulties.
This is my second set of fungus holds these are larger of course. I got small last time. Large are on the way next. These are so user friendly I will have to have more. The possibilities are endless and most work on any angle and roofs as well great holds. Can't wait to set them. Thx So ill
I'm a big fan of the fungus line of holds. This is my 3rd set. I purchased these for my spine surgery recovery training sessions on my 30 degree home wall. These bucket jugs are so positive, I don't think you could let go if you wanted to. Lol. These uniquely designed holds can be rotated in a way to make them very challenging slopper crimps, pockets, or beefy side pulls. Absolutely beautiful. These holds are the gray fungus in my pictures.
These medium jugs are great for a vertical to moderately overhanging wall. Alternatively, they can be inverted for use as pocketed slopers or highly featured footholds. One of the styles can also be used as a pinch.
MEET THE FUNGUS FAMILY
Though intricate in design, the Fungus Family is simple for setting and climbing with specific edges and pinches.
The Fungus Family is great on steeper angles, providing large ribs for toe and heel hook options.
The Fungus Family has been set at USA Climbing Nationals, and IFSC World Cup competitions world-wide.
