You can do anything in these, brought them climbing, backflip tested, wore them around town, these are the most comfortable things I’ve wrapped my legs with. Next time I’ll go a size down it’s a little loose on the waist
Okay. So. I just tore open the package and put these on my legs. I have to say, these are BUTTERY. They feel like sweatpants. I'm going to order another pair of blacks because, this is america and I do what I want.
I will test these when hiking/bouldering soon. I'm unsure of how these will hold up after I try to beat them up a bit.
Just a warning. If you've got big thighs, these will feel glorious. I played football in college, and am very pleased with the grundle-area.
Backflips? Can't do them yet, but these pants will surely enable my attempts.
Will check back after I've gotten vertical with these.
They are easily the comfiest jeans I've ever worn and perfect for climbing as there's so much stretch in them. I went for 32Wx32L (5'10" 76kg/168lbs) which is my regular size and they gave what I would describe as a tapered reasonably slim fit. I would actually would consider going for a 30Wx32L next time though as I prefer a slightly slimmer cut and there's so much stretch in them I think they'd still be super comfy.
Also I had mine shipped to the UK which only took 3 days and the little personalised video that was sent is a really nice touch, fantastic customer service! I'd but another set tomorrow but with shipping getting them to the UK adds up cost wise so I'll have to save up.
When wearing these jeans, you barely have to think about them. They exist to work within whatever you are asking them to do at the time. Wearing them around the house or out at the crag, they did a great job of allowing my full range of flexibility and comfort, while being some solid looking jeans. Solid color/wash and a great cut with an ankle opening that isn't too tapered or loose. I did have to reorder a size down, as the waist had just too much stretch at my usual size 30. However the 28 x30 is still a perfect fit for me at 155 lbs and 5'8" ish. I had some conerns about the durability at first (as they were a bit thinner than I was expecting at first), but I took them out for both a top rope and lead route on some rough granite and there were no signs of damage yet. Even scrambling around and doing a bit of butt sliding didn't seem to do anything, so I am quite satisfied with the durability so far!
First pair of jeans I've bought, let alone worn, in a decade. about to be buying more
