I bought this to try and help break up scar tissue on my fractured index finger. It's not ideal for this purpose (pinches, painful to roll over it) but for other, normal fingers feels great. Picture shows my broken finger next to the others.

This massager feels spectacular!!! I just got back into bouldering after taking about a year off. I didn't lose too much strength but my tendons were not use to the stress I was putting on them... my middle finger has been the most painful of all but after using this for a week or so after every climbing session has done wonders! I love this finger massager. Feels great and provides a comfortable amount of pressure to relax the tendons. It's extremely light and easy to carry around. I had a lot of tension especially in my right pointer finger and thumb. After using it a couple fo times or so my fingers are much happier. I highly recommend checking it out!

If I literally could get one of these that would go up my forearms and shins, i would. So ingenious, and a MUST HAVE. In between projects, I like to pop it out of my chalk bag and roll my fingers. Easy to use, and it makes a surprising difference!

Feels amazing on rest days. Great for recovery. It really feels like my pulleys are getting the attention needed for fast recovery. It’s small and a little easy to lose, so maybe order two just in case!

I bought this half out of curiosity and half out of necessity. I have had one tendon that has been sore for weeks so I was looking for something the help break up some swelling. This really works. My finger is feeling much better. I keep this at my desk and use it after climbing while I work on the computer. It’s feels so good on sore and tired fingers. Even if you don’t have a sore spot I recommend it.
