Very comfortable. I like to climb with socks on and these are thin enough to still put in a climbing shoe and still provide a little extra cushion.

I Live in Hawaii and I normally don't wear socks due to it being so hot here, but since I had a foot injury I have been wearing socks a lot more.. I wanted to give this a try and I am not disappointed. I am not sure if the material is made from wool or not.
I must say these are the softest socks I have ever worn!!!!!! Next time i will buy a bigger size!
