Pink has the most resistant, and the turquoise has the least. They are exactly what you'd expect and work great! I like the progression of them as well.
These are awesome. I have nowhere to place a hangboard in my apartment, so these are perfect to train my grip strength during this pandemic. The range of difficulty on these trainers is great as well. I've been working out with the first two trainers and have yet to progress to the hardest. To give you an idea about my strength level pre-pandemic I was still a beginner climber, climbing V2&3 / 5.10.
I previously picked up just the seafoam green trainer at the climbing gym (which you can buy separately in a 2 pack) and really liked it, but I was looking for something with a bit more resistance. The "Info" section for the three pack mentions that there are three levels of resistance, but doesn't say WHICH trainer is which. Since I already owned the seafoam one, was that already the highest resistance one? The lowest? Since I wanted to find out, I took the plunge.
Upon receiving the trainers, I discovered that the resistance levels are as follows:
I was pleased to see that I would have a "harder" option than the one I already owned, and now I can train both arms at once with two seafoam medium trainers.
Overall, I'm really pleased with the trainers. I keep these at my desk while I work and use them whenever my hands are free (conference calls, reading, etc.). Hopefully they can help keep my arms in shape while all the climbing gyms are closed!
