Iron Palm

I am new to bouldering, so building a solid strength base is a must for safety's sake. This board will let me train it all. I am a meticulous shopper, and looked around for some time before deciding on the Iron Palm. I chose right!

The rails vary in size and difficulty, the pinches are challenging (and they are pinches...on a hangboard...nuff said), but the real gems are the enormous slopers. Perfect for open hand strength and weist flexion training, with good texture and placement. Buy this board, it is by far the best value vs. cost ratio and variety you will find! 5/5, would buy again!

P.S. I live in an apartment, so wall mounting was out of the question. I have a squat stand I use for pullups and barbell-based exercises, and the board fit perfectly w/1" hardware once I mounted it on wood. Easy and effective.

This is the most dynamic hangboard I've ever used. Its crimpy, juggy, slopey, and pinchy! It keeps training fun and interesting. Love it!
