I use these primarily for Dry Ice tools, which work a different muscle group than normal hands-on-holds climbing. All holds are very positive with upward protrusions to hook the rubber loop of Dry Ice tools onto. There are only two holds in this set that are not this way, and those two are 3-4 finger pockets. All holds are very grippy for hands-on-holds, but once again, I bought these after using them at my local gym with Dry Ice tools. They are on the upper portion of my garage climbing wall. No cracking when tightening bolts into T-nuts either. These seem well made. And the faces look great! Not sure why the photos won't post correctly...
I have purchased the holds for my husband who is 200% and then some happy with the product. I am happy that he is happy.
The only feedback I have to give is that I did not feel valued as a customer when I submitted a query wondering about the delivery of the product. I questioned the length of delivery time and I was informed the information I needed was on the FAQ page. Although the person restated the information, I felt as though s/he was acting defensively and that I was wasting his/her time.
My husband would be happy to purchase from your company again. I would not.
Thank you for asking for a review.
