  • Say hello to the Free Range LV, the low volume counterpart to our aggressively downturned Free Range model. The Free Range LV has a unique one-strap closure system to keep dead spots to a minimum and with the medium-stiff toe box, you’ll feel confident on the smallest of edges. Built on a narrower last and, therefore, a narrower mid foot and heel, we rounded it out with rubber coverage on the toe.

My first pair of so ill. Used them for my first outdoor climb and crushed some projects! Love them. Very comfortable after breaking in but it was such a painful process breaking in because my right foot is slightly bigger than my left. Love the toe box. Also very excellent for toe or heel hooking anything. Super sticky rubber!

Love them

I got the Free Range LVs after receiving the Street LVs as a gift and loving those right away.
The Free Ranges are great for overhead hooking and feel really comfortable. They fit perfectly and are aggressive without causing pain; They also feel really sticky and overall look great. The one strap closure on these seem to adjust better than the two strap closure on the Street LVs for me. The toe box feels really nice and sturdy as well!

I usually wear a size 6 and I ordered these in 7.5. They fit perfectly!

Love love love these shoes!!

I own a fair number of the SoiLL shoes and these shoes are in my top two (the first being the Street LV). Fit/comfort is great, rubber is sticky — overall shoes perform really well. Very happy with my purchase.

First Aggressive Climbing Shoe

This pair of So iLL climbing shoes is my 4th, first two for Street and than Street LV. They have always been very comfortable so I wanted to progress with a shoe/company I trusted. I have not tried other aggressive climbing shoes but this one makes it feel like it is nothing. Great toe coverage on top and great coverage on the heel with very little movement. I followed the suggested sizing for men and went 2 sizes up - fits perfect.

I have also really appreciated the unique colours that are available - this may be my favourite pair so far.

Rad Design + Rad Fit

This shoe is rad. The tounge is super soft and opens up super wide and deep making it by far the easiest aggressive shoe to get on your foot. The Toe box is is a perfect blend of stiffness and sensitivity which makes it really an all around shoe. Good for overhangs and lengthy top rope climbs. I was really blown away with how clean the design is and how well made it is compared to other shoes. I definitely will be trying their other shoes and products in the future.
